The Deck Designs CD-ROM, the Complete Consumer Package, the Deck Photo CD-ROM, all Deck Accessory Construction Details, the Quick Quote Deck Estimation Software, and the Stair Guide Kit all ship within 24 - 48 hours after receiving your order.  Stock Deck Plans from the Deck Designs CD-ROM or our web site, and  Porch Plans ship within 24 - 72 hours after receiving your order.  Orders received on the weekend and holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.  For FedEx orders, see the shipping guidelines below.

If your Shipping Confirmation Email contained a Delivery Confirmation Number; you can check the status at: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm or by calling, Toll Free, 1-800-222-1811.  If you receive the following message: "The system is unable to respond to that query. Please try again later"  This message indicates the system is busy or out of service. As with any Internet system, performance can be adversely affected by many outside influences. If you receive a similar message in the future while making a Delivery Confirmation inquiry, we suggest you try again at a later time.

Does choosing overnight shipping mean my order will arrive tomorrow?

Not usually. Although your order is shipped overnight when it leaves Decks USA, several things must happen before your order is ready to ship. These steps include: authorizing your credit card/confirming credit, and checking our warehouse delivery cut-off times. Most orders can be confirmed, prepared, and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order is approved, you will receive an email with the ship date based on your selected shipping option. In most cases, if you choose overnight shipping for an order with in-stock items today, you will receive your product within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: Decks USA does not refund Shipping and Handling charges on any returned products or reimburse for the Shipping and Handling costs incurred by you for returning any products to us.  A 25% restocking fee is applied to all accepted returned items.  For more information about our return policy see the Frequently Asked Questions Section.

Depend on FedEx Express to get even last-minute holiday packages to their destinations in time for Christmas. Here are your last days to ship with FedEx Express so that your shipments arrive before December 25th.

FedEx 2-Day: Orders received by Tuesday, December 22, 12:00pm EST, will be delivered by Thursday, December 24.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders received by Wednesday, December 23, 12:00pm EST, will be delivered by Thursday, December 24.
FedEx Priority Overnight: Orders received by Wednesday, December 23, 12:00pm EST, will be delivered by Thursday, December 24.
